Your suppliers' prices and stock, kept current.
Pulsa reads your suppliers' feeds and updates their prices and stock on your products, with your own markup per feed. Ready-made for Malfini, Stamina/Roly and TelForceOne.
Supplier prices and stock, without the spreadsheets.
If you sell products from suppliers, their prices and stock change all the time. Keeping up usually means downloading price lists, opening spreadsheets, adding your markup line by line and checking what the supplier still has before promising it to a customer. It takes time, it is easy to get a row wrong, and by the time it is done some of it is already out of date.
With supplier feeds, Pulsa reads each supplier's feed every night, at 04:00 by default. It matches the supplier's products to yours by EAN, applies the markup you set for that feed to the price, and updates the supplier's stock. Malfini is read from its XML feed, Stamina/Roly from its REST API and TelForceOne from its SOAP API, so you do not need to know how any of them works.
The supplier's stock is kept as virtual stock, separate from what is physically on your shelves, so the two never mix. Each feed has its own markup rules. Adding a feed means choosing the supplier and entering the details they gave you. If your supplier is not on the list yet, tell us: new suppliers are added on request.
