FAN Courier AWBs, created as the order is packed.

Romania

Pulsa creates the FAN Courier AWB, the courier's shipping document, for one or several parcels, with cash on delivery, prints the label and keeps the tracking link. If you prefer, the AWB is created by itself when an order reaches the status you choose.

What it is

FAN Courier AWBs without the copy and paste.

Without the integration

Many shops still create FAN Courier AWBs one at a time: the order open in one tab, the FAN Courier site in another, the address, phone number and cash on delivery amount copied across by hand. That works for ten parcels a day. At fifty, a mistyped phone number, a forgotten amount to collect or a label on the wrong box becomes a daily cost.

With Pulsa connected

With FAN Courier connected, the AWB is simply part of packing. The order is picked and checked by scan, Pulsa creates the AWB for one or several parcels with the cash on delivery already on it, and the PDF label prints beside your other couriers' labels. The tracking link is kept on the order, and an AWB can be cancelled from the orders list if something changes.

Your FAN Courier contract, rates and pickups stay as they are. Before anything real is sent, the flow is proven with the test credentials FAN Courier publishes, and a test list of customer emails and a start date keep the rehearsal away from real orders. It also works for the Trendyol packages you ship yourself, so one courier account covers both.

Why connect it

Less typing, fewer wrong labels, faster dispatch

No more copying addressesThe AWB is filled in from the order, so nobody retypes names, addresses or phone numbers.
Cash on delivery without mistakesThe amount to collect goes onto the AWB straight from the order.
One printing routineFAN Courier labels print as PDFs next to the labels of your other couriers.
AWBs that create themselvesChoose an order status, and the AWB is created as soon as an order reaches it.

Questions about FAN Courier

What does the FAN Courier integration do?

It creates FAN Courier AWBs from your orders in Pulsa, for one or several parcels and with cash on delivery, and prints the label as a PDF. It also keeps the tracking link on the order and lets you cancel an AWB from the orders list.

Can the AWB be created without anyone clicking?

Yes. Choose an order status, and the AWB is created as soon as an order reaches it.

Can I test it before real orders go out?

Yes. The flow is first proven with FAN Courier's published test credentials. Then a test list of customer emails and a start date limit the first real AWBs to the orders you pick.

Does it work with Trendyol orders?

Yes. Packages you ship yourself can go with your FAN Courier account, and their tracking numbers are sent to Trendyol.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. You add your FAN Courier API credentials and choose which service each delivery option uses. Nothing has to be programmed.

Can I ship with FAN Courier and other couriers?

Yes. Each delivery option in your shops is mapped to a courier service, so FAN Courier can carry some orders while another courier connected to Pulsa carries others.
