What it is

Personal collection, handled like any other delivery.

Without the integration

Many shops let customers pick up their order in person, but in the warehouse these orders are often the odd ones out. There is no courier label, so the parcel gets a handwritten note, sits on a shelf among others and has to be searched for when the customer arrives. It is also easy to leave such an order outside the normal routine, with no clear sign that it is ready.

With Pulsa connected

With collection from your warehouse switched on, these orders follow the same path as every other one. They are picked and packed by scan, and at the point where a courier label would print, Pulsa prints an A6 pickup slip instead, as a PDF with a Code-128 barcode made from the order field you choose. The barcode number also serves as the order's tracking number.

Nothing leaves Pulsa: there is no courier account, no outside service and nothing to pay anyone else. Your shop's "collect in person" delivery option is simply matched to warehouse collection. The slip prints on an A6 label printer or on plain paper, and it can be cancelled in Pulsa like any label. It works in any country.

It lets orders that customers collect in person go through the normal warehouse routine and get an A6 pickup slip with a barcode where a courier label would be.

Do I need a courier account?

No. Nothing is sent outside Pulsa.

What is on the pickup slip?

The order's details and a barcode made from the order field you choose.

No. An A6 label printer works, and so does plain paper.

Can I cancel a slip?
